What are a rake rebate or a rakeback affiliates?

They are affiliates that help promote the poker rooms. They get paid a percent of the rake collected from players they sign up every month. After that they then pass a majority of this money on to players.

If I'm already signed up at a poker room, can I still get rake back there?

The answer is probably not. Your only chance is to locate your existing affiliate and ask them, if you signed up under one. If you already play at a poker room there is no need for them to pay someone to sign you up again. You can however switch skins on some poker networks and play on the same network.

What is a poker skin?

A poker skin is a group of poker rooms that share the same network. For example Battlefield Poker, Royal Card Club, Crazy Poker, Gaming Club, Betholdem, and many more are included in the Prima Poker skins. Players from all these poker rooms play in the same poker games. Most poker networks will allow you to sign up under all poker skins regardless of the number of poker rooms on the network you are already signed up for.

Can my spouse, brother, parent, roommate, sister, or anyone that shares my computer have an account at the same poker room as me?

Usually you are allowed, but they will need to get their own funding source for their account. Paying methods like Neteller or Firepay accounts can not be shared. You may however transfer them money at most poker rooms. If you don't follow the poker rooms rules you risk the poker room asking for your ID and then having your account frozen and funds confiscated.

I am looking for rakeback at Pokerstars, Paradise Poker or Party Poker why can't I find one?

These three rooms do not support poker rakeback through their affiliate programs. Poker Stars does not pay continuing income to their poker affiliates, only a one time signup fee. Paradise poker strictly forbids it.

What does a bonus chaser do?

A bonus chaser or bonus whore is a person who actively seeks out and takes advantage of multiple poker bonuses. Poker bonus chasing can reward a person with as much as $1000 per month by just playing break-even poker.

How do I qualify for these poker bonuses?

Most poker sites offer a bonus as a percentage of your deposit. You would typically have to play a certain number of hands or accumulate a certain number of points at the site before you have access to the poker bonus money. If a poker site offers a 25% sign up bonus and you deposit $100. Your bonus will be $25. The site may require you to play 5 times the bonus amount in raked hands. All this means that you would have to play 5 x $25 = 125 raked hands to get your poker bonus. Each site have different criteria for their deposit poker bonuses.

Can I get a poker bonus at the same site multiple times?

You cannot get the sign-up bonus from the same site twice, but some sites offer many reload bonuses. These bonuses are announced from time to time for existing members of the site to receive a bonus when they reload their accounts. Many sites offer these bonuses monthly to keep the players at their site.
